Glorious Haloumi

Haloumi cheese is very salty.
Salty and delicious.
Grill it on both sides until warm and slightly scored, then serve in a salad.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.

My salad of choice was couscous with roasted pumpkin and courgette.
A glorious combination.
